POSITION TITLE: Sr. Construction Management Program Coordinator
JOB DUTIES: Program Management: Create and Execute a new comprehensive Construction Management
Program curriculum that aligns with industry standards and educational requirements while
collaborating with college management and relevant stakeholders on its development.
Compliance and Accreditation: Ensure compliance with Department of Education guidelines,
accreditation standards and regulatory requirements during the program development process.
Program Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison with the Department of Education, facilitating
communication and maintaining a strong partnership to ensure program approval and compliance.
Recruitment and Hiring: Partner with HR department on the recruitment cycle of identifying and
qualifying industry Professionals with expertise in construction management to teach the program
courses.
Curriculum Design: Cross-functionally collaborate other departments and college subject matter
experts to design detailed course outlines, learning objectives and other curriculum to ensure
alignment with program goals.
Resource Allocation: Collaborate with college administration to secure necessary resources, including
instructional materials, equipment, and facilities, to support the program's successful implementation.
Quality Assurance: Implement effective mechanisms and reporting techniques for continuous program
improvement, including program launched success, regular program evaluations and feedback from
students, faculty, and industry partners.
Industry Partnerships: Foster relationships with local construction companies, professional
organizations, and regulatory bodies to enhance opportunities for internships, cooperative education,
and industry partnerships for program participants.
Professional Development: Research current trends, advancements, and best practices in the
construction management field through applying new industry education practices and active
participation in relevant conferences, seminars, and professional organizations.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management,
or related field; at least five (5) years of experience working in the
construction industry.

SALARY: $31.00/per hour; 40 hours per week. Employer will comply with any
mandated increase in pay due to changes in Federal, State, or Local laws in the area of employment
